Where does my donation go?

Your contribution funds free, trauma-informed resources and services for survivors of gender-based violence — including Bloom, our online healing platform, multilingual guides, and a global directory of support services.

Is Chayn a registered charity?

Yes. Chayn is a UK-registered charity (Chayn CIO, Charity Number 1196098), founded in 2013 and run by survivors and allies around the world.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Every payment is encrypted and processed by Stripe, a globally trusted payment provider. Your card details never touch Chayn's servers.

Can I donate monthly?

Yes. You can make a one-off donation or set up a monthly, quarterly or annual one, and you can change or cancel it at any time by emailing us.

What is Gift Aid?

If you're a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid lets us claim an extra 25% on your donation from HM Revenue & Customs — at no extra cost to you.

Can I donate in my own currency?

Yes. You can donate in over 30 currencies. You're charged in the currency you choose, and Chayn receives the funds in GBP.
